Điện Trở Sấy Ống Gió HVAC thường được sử dụng để làm nóng không khí và / hoặc các dòng xử lý khí trong các ứng dụng sưởi ấm quá trình hoặc phòng môi trường. Các ứng dụng bao gồm: kiểm soát độ ẩm, sưởi ấm sơ bộ máy móc, sưởi ấm tiện nghi HVAC.
Điện Trở Sấy Ống Gió HVAC cháy nổ RXDF và XDF nguy hiểm được thiết kế để sưởi ấm không khí hoặc khí trong các môi trường nguy hiểm có các chất dễ nổ, chẳng hạn như nhà máy lọc dầu, mỏ than, nhà máy hóa dầu và nhà máy xử lý nước thải.

AIR DUCT HEATERS (DF, DI SERIES)Duct Heater
Caloritech™ Air Duct Heaters are designed for use in comfort heating applications such as makeup air heating, air preheating, air handling equipment, fan coils, terminal reheating, multizone reheating, heat pump auxiliary systems and return air heating. Unlike open coil designs, duct heaters fitted with tubular elements are not subject to hazards of electrical shock, which allows installation closer to a register or grille. DFF Series – Flanged Duct Heater with finned tubular heating elements DIF Series – Insert Duct Heater with finned tubular heating elements The finned tubular elements are constructed using a steel tube with corrugated steel fins wrapped around it and brazed together. This design increases the heat transfer surface of the element and resulting in a lower operating temperature than non-finned tubular designs and a more economical heater.
